Pinza Table

The Pinza Table, whose aesthetic is reminiscent of a clothes peg, was designed to address the storage challenges of a restaurant with limited space.

It's precision cut from laminated birch wood with a PUR finish for extra resilience. The design consists of just a few parts: identical left and right flanks forming the legs, a tabletop, and a lateral piece that locks everything together. The entire structure is held together by a single tension belt, eliminating the need for screws or glue.

The belt's tensor, located beneath the tabletop, provides the necessary pressure to secure all components in place, resulting in a very rigid structure. The table disassembles easily in under a minute, providing the added benefit of flat-pack shipping.

This table, or a similar design, can be made to order in a variety of sizes, shapes, and colours. Please get in touch with me at hi@wout.design for more information.
